Praise, Biblical Counseling

Giving praise to God is honoring Him. It is admiring the Lord for His great love, and holiness, and wisdom, and power to create us and the whole world. Praise is submitting to His Lordship and is humbling oneself before His majesty. Only the Lord is worthy of our worship. It is the scene in heaven. "I heard the voice of many angels around the throne...and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand...saying with a loud voice: 'worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom, and strength and honor and glory and blessing!" Revelation 5:11-12.
