EV charging frustration. Do you experience broken stations and long lines?

An LA Times writer is ready to get rid of their EV because it such a hassle to charge it. Stations are broken. Stations take a long time to charge. Sometimes you have to wait in line to charge. Do you experience this? I don't. Well over 90% of my charging is handled by my charging station in my garage.
