City of Bakersfield to open multiple cooling centers citywide

Summer is right around the corner, and people are putting away their blankets and heaters and bringing out the fans and sunblock. Hotter temperatures have already arrived, which means people will be looking for ways to beat the heat, and the weather could turn dangerous for some. 23ABC's Ruby Rivera spoke to some officials to find out what the City of Bakersfield is doing to help.
