WISDOM BITS - Truth and lies never hurt, expectations do though! Personal lies and truths

Tackling the misconception that truth and lies would actually hurt. Only expectations create emotional pain, though the truth, and especially lies and expectations are meanings as well. The truth can be experienced (universal one) as well as the personal truths can be experienced, no need for explanations, just preferably realisation for those to truly become part of us. The others are just houses of cards: they will fall one day, and hurt will appear only because of expectations having been the building material of those houses of cards.
