What is Funemployment?

Funemployment is having fun being unemployed. People are using their time unemployed to pursue leisure activities like traveling. The are mostly funding this with either unemployment benefits or savings. Typically, people enjoying funemployment are younger and have fewer financial responsibilities.
Funemployment can be dangerous. The longer you are out of work, the harder it is to find another job. Also, it is just hard to go back to the grind after a long period of leisure. Just think how much Mondays suck, as well as returning from vacation.
I’d like to discuss burnout with you in a future video. I’ve been feeling very burned out lately. I just do not have the patience I once did. Sometimes, things just feel like an exercise in futility at work. It often feels like management do not understand our data sources or the limits of the reports I can provide.
If you were to take a period of unemployed, fun time, what would you do? I know that I would travel overseas, but what would you do?
