Los Angeles: On April 30, 2023, at 10:50 p.m., the driver of a 2022 Dodge Charger was observed by officers conducting burn outs at Vernon Avenue and Figueroa Street at a “Street Takeover” and it was live streamed on social media. Officers found the vehicle and driver, attempted to stop the driver, however, the driver fled from officers and eluded them. The Dodge had a rear license plate that was issued to an Infinity.

On May 12, 2023, the vehicle was found parked in the area of Vernon Avenue and McKinley Avenue and still had the Infinity license plate. A check on the VIN revealed the vehicle was stolen out of the City of Downey.

The driver is described as a male Hispanic, black hair, with a mustache, and is between 18 to 25 years old.
