BREAKING! US SUPREME COURT RULES ON AWB IN ILLINOIS! No Injunction AWB Stays While Going to 7TH Circ

The US Supreme Court will NOT block the Protect Illinois Communities Act that is being appealed to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. There are two cases currently fighting the AWB in Illinois. This is the first one arising from the northern District Court.

The case is NAT. ASSN. FOR GUN RIGHTS, ET AL. V. NAPERVILLE, IL., ET AL.
