Narcissistic Abuse Gaslighting

The message in this video is about another key manipulation tactic that narcissists use to control the narrative. Gaslighting creates doubt and uses even a shred of that to build on and weave a lie that the narcissists asserts as the truth. The narc will use gaslighting on their victim who starts to question their own reality, memory or perception. The narcissist, energy vampire or dark witch or warlock will do this continuously to make you feel like you are crazy when you do decide to question them about an incident or confront them about a truth.
