SB0339 Testimony

PIME testifying on Senate Bill 339. We support this bill in concept, but we don't like a partisan office (SOS) being given complete control on how it is applied. We suggest instead that they form a bi-partisan committee to do this work and include the clerks as well. See video for more details.
