Leo Donofrio on Lake v Hobbs (signature count) Day 1 Valenzuela Testimony

Donofrio's the NJ lawyer who helped Josh Barnett on his case (self represented). He points out, correctly I think, that Blehm asked the wrong question here. He asked Rey if they ever fired a guy for accepting bad signatures, but that's not what the employee in question did. He accepted them without reviewing at all.

Rey Valenzuela playing a word game says we didn't remove him for doing his job correctly. In a normal convo you'd know what he meant but on the court he said the opposite so you've go to hold him to it.

This raises questions about Blehm, who represented Doug Logan and lost. I'm not sure what to make of him.
