Ancestral Essence - Know thyself course

After closing my business of 11 years on a busy high street in 2020, during the pandemic I went inside and took a deep introspection of my whole life. This introspection lead me to seek out Edison Agbange, my spiritual teacher and to enroll in the Ancestral Essence - Know Thyself foundation course.

This was divine timing and the deeper I got into the Know Thyself course, the more clarity I gained from the questions I was asking and also the spiritual evolution I was experiencing.

The 10-week course took me through a myriad of concepts that powerfully advanced my literal spiritual capabilities. The foundation course was just the beginning of my relationship with Edison and Ancestral Essence as it captured my imagination and encouraged me to seek higher realms of understanding.

These sessions and performing the exercises enabled me to improve every area of my life and removed any and all self-regulatory programs I had that I was still operating from. Now it may sound like I was rediscovering America but I was already on a program of unlearn and relearn but the Know Thyself course literally complimented what I was doing under my own self-esteem and improved it.
