Library and United Nations connection

I believe lobalism is our biggest threat, specifically Agenda 21 that is all encompassing. Knowing this I no longer need to assume the UN's involvement in local government and here I can offer evidence this issue is no different. the library issues isn't a single issue, it is global and its is time we addressed it at that level.
