The Precarious Nature of Constitutionality and WTF...Thursday??

The constitution hangs in an odd place and its arbiter is the Supreme Court ever since the (in my opinion) unconstitutional decision in Marbury v. Madison. We won't dwell on the past too much, but the Supreme Court has issued some rather major decisions this week and we should talk about them.
