Are Hedgies using APE shares as false locates to illlegaly short AMC shares and push down CTB?

They only theory that explains AMC cost to borrow being pushed from 1000% to 65% is false locates I couldn’t find tokenized shares so I believe they are using the APE shares as false locates to illegally manipulate price of AMC shares
