EASY MINI CHICKEN POT PIE

Ingredients:
3 cups shredded roasted chicken
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced potato
1 cup green peas
6 sheets frozen puff pastry
50g butter
50g all-purpose flour
1 cup water (or chicken stock)
1 chicken bouillon
½ tsp dried thyme
½ tsp dried rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste
Egg for egg wash

*this recipe makes 6 mini chicken pot pies
