Cloud on Title

The theme of this video is one that might apply to many things, but we will be looking at it through its standard context; land ownership, property, or real estate. The 'cloud on title' is a simple concept that means the legitimacy of property ownership will always be in question, when the title was acquired through fraudulent circumstances, and will inherently relate to the strength of a claim. This same concept can be found throughout past centuries; especially when talking about claimants to a throne, or any other sort of title. Today, such a thing is even more important for a point of clarification; where none of us own anything, and we're supposed to be happy about it.
