Sir Louis Mbanefo & Chief Anthony Enahoro Arrive In The UK For Nigeria-Biafra Talks | May 1968

Footage of the arrival in the United Kingdom of Sir Louis Mbanefo and Chief Anthony Enahoro, representatives respectively of the breakaway Republic of Biafra and the Federation of Nigeria, for talks aimed at halting the 10-month old civil war,
Pro-Biafran protest marches made their way to Downing Street and the Soviet Embassy because of the supply of arms to Federal Nigeria by both countries.
Sir Louis Mbanefo was a former World Court judge and adviser to the government of the secesionist state headed by Colonel Odumegwu Ojukwu, while Chief Anthony Enahoro was the Federal Commissioner for Information.
