What I like about the Strong Arm is that I have the option to do some wrist and forearm strengthener exercises with both arms at the same time or one arm at a time.

Exercises like wrist flexion, wrist extension, radial deviation, ulnar deviation, forearm pronation, and forearm pronation can all be one to isolate the wrist and forearm muscles.

The Strong Arm Angle

I've used several wrist and forearm strengthener devices before and they all work great.

But the Strong Arm is built differently...

It has an angle and this is key in keeping constant tension in the forearm and wrist muscles.

Other straight bar devices lose some tension at the top of the movement.

The angle on the Strong Arm keeps the weight at a point where my forearm and wrist muscles are under constant tension.

This gives me an insane forearm pump!
