Jefferson Thought 125 Federal Employees was Too Many

In 1800, the US capitol was moved to Washington, DC from Philadelphia.  It only took them a month.  Jefferson thought it was useless and bloated and reduced it much further in 2 years.  Why do progs pretend the 10th Amendment doesn't exist…and why they're wrong in their "interpretation".  And why do even conservatives want everything decided and done in DC?
