'It could maybe happen again': Concerns rise after a car theft was caught on camera in Buffalo

The City of Buffalo reports there has been 1,184 car thefts in Buffalo so far in 2023, triple what it was this time last year. The city says about 85% of this year's thefts are Kia or Hyundai vehicles.
