Paper plate prison omelet

If you are working or living somewhere without a kitchen and you only have access to the microwave here is a quick simple way to make a cheese omelet and a microwave using a paper plate.
Some people might call this a prison omelet. If you add some grits and sausage links I would call it breakfast.
