Well Then - Silly Drivers

Just something that happens on the road. In his defense, there was a work truck behind and to my left and I think the driver saw that his on-ramp was right there a bit late. He was closer than the camera makes it look, but it wasn't really "close" unless he had some issue at the ramp. But hey, gave me a little bump in my heart rate and no harm done.
