Phil Godlewski says Don’t Blame my minor victim

8/6/22 Phil posted a 5 minute lecture rant telling everyone not to blame his victim.

8/5/22 (the night before) he posted his “I’m the Captain Now” LIEstream where he accused his minor victim and her 9th grade friends of fabricating explicit text messages to frame him. He explained that she pled the fifth to avoid going to jail for filing a false police report and lying about him.

Court docs reveal he offered BD $50K to lie and say she was 18, not 15, when he began sexually violating her in cars, homes & 3rd party homes he had access to as a realtor in northeastern Pennsylvania. His license has since been revoked due to his failure to report his criminal charges related to financial crimes AND bc he admitted to selling real estate without a license.
Court docs revealed he threatened to unalive himself if his minor victim didn’t “get him out of this mess.”

10/31/22 Phil’s former minor victim BD gave a sworn affidavit to the Scranton Times attorney Tim Hinton confirming their sexual relationship and other facts about the case that Phildo never mentioned.

He is currently suing his minor victim in apparent retaliation for her refusal to cooperate with his dirty money scheme to defraud journalist Chris Kelly & the Scranton Times out of 5 Million dollars.
