One of the worst smelling trailers I have even been into, this little stink thing will someday soon be cleaned up and be a great home for a family. The Affordable Housing Crisis has many sides to it. This side is from the donor, the one who can't wait to get rid of it. Here lies in opportunity for those who are looking to provide solutions for those desperately seeking a place to live. The Trailer Gods are on both sides, good and bad, black and white, happy and sad. They cast gloom for one person and shine brightly for others. You never know. This time Billy and his team strike gold with a trailer park needing a wretched trailer to go away.....at any price.
