with a tear in his heart
a hoarse and shoaky voice

sang to the crowd of people
with a tear on your face
“Lost in the dream”
 
Means the man
will never understand
why and what
we are here for
 
Means we have
we have to react
and reach out, reach out to each other
reach out to each other.
