Coincidence or Conspiracy

Rick Park the supervisor for the incident at 3 mile island. He alleges retaliation due to his whistle-blowing of unsafe practices. One moring his car wouldn't start. the cars battery cable had been tampered with. Going to his tool box he found a bag of Mary Jane. After disposing of the item, he went to work and was search at the gate. this had never happened before during his many years of working for the company. Coincidence or Conspiracy?
