Carnage is beginning to unfold this Sunday, with clashes being reported near holy sites in Jerusalem between revelers and Palestinians.

Palestine's leaders have called out the dangerous moves, as thousands turn out to march through the Muslim areas of the Old City.

The Flag March marks Israel's Jerusalem Day, celebrated for the capture of the city's East in the 1967 war - while Israel considers the whole of Jerusalem as its capital.

Palestinians say it's an "occupation," a view shared by many on the intl scene, accusing so-called Israeli 'settlers' of "desecrating the holy sites"
