This healthy cheesecake tastes just like the original, but it costs less and is better for your health. It's also very easy, and uses only 4 ingredients, not including the graham cracker crust.

Here is the exact recipe I used:
-16 Oz (453g) of sour cream
-2/3 cup of sugar (158mL)
-2 eggs
-1 tsp (5mL) vanilla extract

Mix together, dump in graham cracker crust, cook for 30 minutes at 350 F (177C)
