Johnny Grube carrying a 50 lb Slamball up hill, Over The Shoulder Throw at the top walk back down repeat 12 times.
Then carried 50 lb Slamball about 200 yards to finish workout.
This is real life training, hills, high grass, wet grass making the ball harder to hold etc.
This is a different conditioning than most gym conditioning.
