Add the spinach, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garam masala, and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the spinach is wilted, about 5 minutes.
Add the water and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in the paneer and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or naan.
Dal Tadka

1 cup lentils, rinsed and sorted
2 cups water
