In this video, I discuss "crypto dysphoria," by which I refer to crypto projects that are unregistered securities masquerading as commodities, in order to skirt US securities law.

Ethereum clearly passes the Howey Test, as well as having these markers of centralized projects:

-- Leader
-- Foundation
-- Roadmap
-- Trademark

When Ethereum is forced to register with the SEC as a security, not only will there be large fines involved, but Ethereum will also need to disclose all material information related to the project's principals and their holdings, prospects, risks, etc.

Unlike Ethereum, Bitcoin is a true asset without an issuer, hence a commodity.
