India's Rs 2000 Note Predicament - Reality Check

The Reserve Bank Of India will withdraw Rs 2000 currency note from circulation. However, it will remain a legal tender. The RBI confirmed that people can continue using Rs 2000 note for their transactions. However, the RBI directed to deposit or exchange these banknotes on before September 30, 2023.
