Did the Dunkin' white deserve to get punched over the "N-word"?

JC from Little Rock, Arkansas, said the 27-year-old black employee was right to hit the 77-year-old customer who allegedly used the slur twice. (Hake and the caller discuss the May 2021 incident, the double standard over a word, and "racism.")

FYI: Corey Pujols, 27, reportedly told the customer NOT to repeat the word, and punched the man in the jaw when he did. Vonelle Cook, who was upset over the lack of service he was receiving in the drive-thru, died in the hospital 3 days later, per Tampa, FL police. Pujols was sentenced to three years of probation, 200 hours of community service, and ordered to attend an anger management course. (NBC News)
