One of the fun things I get to do while I'm driving around the Texas Hill Country, is fly my drones in very scenic locations. I had spotted this field of wildflowers a few days before, but had lacked the free time to power up a drone and fly around the field. I flew the DJI Avata FPV drone, close up and personal to the flowers.

Someone had already driven trucks thru part of the roadside field, destroying the flowers. I think there was a contractor burying fiber optic cables along the road, so it may have been them.
