This video talks about why Prigozhin can say and do the outrageous things that he does without consequences. Prigozhin, known as Putin's Chef, is really Putin's surrogate and fixer. He is a mouthpiece through which Putin can achieve certain ends like criticizing generals Shoigu and Gerasimov. He has repeatedly engage in off the books operations by creating a troll farm to interfere with the 2016 US presidential elections and the shadowy Wagner military contractors to interfere in African disputes.
