NO RIGHT to Purchase Guns says FEDS! Court: WRONG! Gun Law Struck DOWN Fraser v. ATF Virginia

A Federal District Court in Virginia has just struck down a portion of the 1968 Gun Control Act that prevented FFLs from selling handguns to adults under the age of 21. Gun control groups such as the Brady Campaign, the Giffords Center, and Everytown have intervened to help the federal government to defend that law: that allows and actually forces teenagers to purchase guns WITHOUT a background check. Crazy. The plaintiffs just want to have a right to a background check.

The government makes several crazy arguments in their case such as the fact that while you have a right to possess a gun, you do NOT have the right to PURCHASE a firearm among others. Check out the video for more information.
