Who is Dr Charlie Ward? Is the QFS real? When will it happen? How much $$$ will we get?

During one of Dr Charlie Wards intel drops, I realized he was talking shit!!! So I did a google search "Dr Charlie Ward Scam!" A whole lot of stuff came up! Which started my deep dive! And this is some of what I found!
I believe he really is connected! Some stories and images I found initially! had been taken down when I tried to find them a second time! This go's deeper than you think!
I think Dr Charlie Ward's "Quantum Financial System" is a cover for the deep state CBDC and Dr Charlie Ward is tricking people into signing up!
