Sarah Armstrong has a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. She is a Certified Integrative Nutritionist & Health Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer.

Sarah has overcome autoimmunity, hypothyroidism, 6+ years of amenorrhea and PCOS, multiple chemical sensitivity, anxiety and depression, anorexia and bulimia, estrogen dominance, pre-diabetes, unexplainable neuropathy, severe insomnia and digestive/gut issues, including SIBO and IBD. Her dream is to one day experience the joys and hardships of motherhood while building a loving and connected family, educate and empower her future children and others to take control of their health and love their bodies through each season, and provide nourishing foods to others through regenerative farming.
