Pistol Brace Rule Injunction!

Firearms rights advocates received a minor win today, with an injunction being granted against the ATF's pistol brace rule, slated to take effect on June 1st, which will turn pistol braces into short-barrelled rifles.

However, this injunction may be good news, it is only for the plaintiffs in the case and not for law-abiding gun owners at large. This backdoor gun control push by the ATF has been challenged in several courts, but with the date approaching where they will enforce their unconstitutional rule that was never passed by any Congress, it seems unlikely that the courts will rule favorably in time.
