In this video we discuss Sam Altman Congressional Testimony stating OpenAI(Microsoft+OpenAI) LLM(Large Language Model) should be regulated by the Federal Government thereby creating an expensive barrier to entry for small companies, and startups to compete with Big Tech. Elon Musk said he will recreate OpenAI inorder to make AI Open Source rendering Microsoft/OpenAI's product offering expensive spyware that could be obsolete. PrivateGPT allows developers like me to recreate ChatGPT and make improvements for free. This will mean there will be many AI Product offerings cheap, and more importantly secure because your data is not be processed on the cloud, where your data can be harvested, sold, or given to the Governments Intelligence community. We can see the AI Wars have just begun, and will likely be subject to legal oversight.
