Ingredients:

• 500g of ground beef
• 1 egg
• 2 garlic cloves
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• Smoked paprika
• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (or wheat flour)
• Chives
• Oil

Method:

Chop the chives and garlic.

In a container, place the meat, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, flour and mix well until smooth.

Put your hands together with olive oil, take small portions of the dough and shape the dumplings.

Preheat the Air Fryer for 5 minutes at 200ºC, place the dumplings in the basket, with space between them, brush with a little olive oil and fry for 10 minutes at 200ºC.
