Octopath Traveler 2 (PC) - Part 81: We Are All Claude's Children (Throne Chapter 4)

Since Throne's story was the first one I started, it only seemed appropriate that it be the last one I end. After killing Mother and Father and taking their keys, Throne quickly discovered that their keys weren't for her collar. So she heads back home to New Delsta to find answers.

After a brief stop at Pirro's grave, she remembers the locked door in the sewers where Donnie died at the very beginning of the story. Throne tries the keys in the door, and that's where the keys fit. On the other side of the door, Throne finds a valley, with a gondola ride at the end of it. At the end lies a really creepy city known as Lostseed, which gives off serious Wispermill vibes from the first game. Upon arrival, Throne hears a baby crying in the distant castle. There she finds the baby in the arms of a man named Claude who reveals himself as not only Throne's father, but also Pirro's, Scarrachi's, Donnie's, Mother's, Father's, and the father of ALL of the Blacksnakes! This revelation is finally what makes Throne snap in despair, but her resolve remains strong as she kills her true father as well as phantoms of her past conjured by him to win her freedom.
