Priest mourns the passing of 8 people close to him

MULTIPLE VICTIMS MENTIONED IN ONE SERMON

Fr. Fulton Varga, priest from Cebu, delivered his sermon mentioning at least eight people close to him who died after taking the Covid injections.

This sermon must be on August 5, 2021 ["Thursday of the Eighteenth Week in Ordinary Time"] – just five months after the vaccine rollout in the country.

He enumerated these eight people who developed Covid-like symptoms after being [fully] vaccinated, and died shortly afterwards:

1. His secretary
2. His cousin
3 & 4. Two members from the family of his friend (who is his neighbor also)
5. Fr. Manuel Hadlaki
6, 7 & 8. A seminarian from Lapu-Lapu and his parents (mother and father!)
