Major General Albert Ocran Inspects the First Infantry Division of the Ghana Army | December 1967

General Ocran told the troops that the National Liberation Council (NLC), the ruling junta of which he was a memer, would soon lift the ban on politics. He called on the troops to resist the advances of those who he termed "unscrupulous" persons who might "attempt to influence" their loyalty.
