SLITHER 2006 - While not calling itself a remake of Night of the Creeps, one can't help but think it is. Here we have a small town taken over by alien parasites jumping into people's mouths (same notion), turning residents into zombies and all forms of mutant monsters. Special FX are spiffed up and at the end, a cat replaces a dog.
