"SELF-MADE" IS A LIE !

Self-made is a lie.
There is no self-made anything.

All the people who are something, who have become something, who are millionaires, multimillionaires, billionaires, needed help to get there.

You are influenced by your environment and you are a result of your environment along with your genetics.

If an adult person has a good physique and is in shape, this result probably comes from their lifestyle together with their genetics.
Genetics are immutable but that person's lifestyle is the result of their past experiences.
What I mean is that experiences, whether positive or negative, have consequences in the future.
You could be in shape either because your parents always encouraged you to exercise or because you were bullied at school for being chubby.
