Judge Smith Gives Shantel POs For No Reason...maybe...

The State had NOTHING to say!!! There is zero argument or evidence in favor of a Protection Order!! The defense gave argument that there was no cause for a protection order. So the Judge comes up with his own silly reason and orders one with no evidence needed again. He says because Andrew plead guilty to disturbing the peace (so he wouldn't have to go through a kangaroo court trial) and Shantel wanted it, he orders it for a full year! Makes me wonder if there are some behind the scenes favors going on. It doesn't make sense.

Judge Smith is obviously biased. Other examples of his non-sense, unlawful orders include the original move-out order and protection order against Andrew that began the family separation, the felony bigamy warrant for $5000 after he had pronounced Andrew divorced and Andrew got a new marriage license from the county clerk, and the warrant for Zachary Patchett for failure to appear, after Zachary did appear and the charge was completely dismissed!
