Danielle Smith sees Trudeau Liberals as a hostile federal government invading Alberta’s jurisdiction

“How many hits can Alberta take before we say ‘Stop it!’, put up a shield, and start pushing back?
So I would say that everything that I have done to this point has been a response to what I have seen as a hostile federal government invading our jurisdiction.
And I think Albertans expect me to stand up for Albertans, and that’s what I’m going to do.”
