Holding the Maricopa County Sheriff responsible for "unconstitutional kidnapping"

The Sheriff in every single County across this Nation is the ONLY elected Law Official in America. The Minnesota Supreme Court Ruling that legal kidnapping by cps / DCS is unconstitutional, and according to full faith and credit, that applies in all 50 STATES. Now the real question here is: If all the STATES are acting in a corporate capacity, do any of these Oaths that these actors are taking mean anything, or is it all an act to fool the American People?
One thing I am certain of, These actors acting under color of law do not posses the power to kidnap my daughters!
If this sheriff does not stand up and do his duty, he may find himself having to answer to the People that elected him, and Our only remedy for Treason is
hanging in the Court-square noon to sundown, until Trump signed the death by firing squad act into place.
Looks to me like this Sheriff Paul Penzone, has a choice to make.
