When The Lies & Secrecy of the Courts Violate the Rights of Citizens.

The blank or comparative data equals the Hansen data; ie the fake data, made up by the Public Defender (Hansen), who lied about his data being fake when it was really patterned after my (Fleming) data. Hansen then told the expert to remove his name and his data from the final report to cover his tracks. The judge blamed the expert witness for removing the data, not Hansen who told her to remove it. The Office of Research Integrity (ORI) said my (Fleming) data was valid and so did Dr. Carriquiry of Iowa State University - the Expert Witness.

The jury doesn't need to know the truth. The wool can be pulled over their eyes. If you still have questions about me and you still believe the system will be just when they are allowed to hide the truth from the jury, then you run the risk of allowing this to happen to you and to the people you care about.
